Each player may hold only one spin888 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses, and permanent account closure.

Deposits and withdrawals may only be made via payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited at spin888.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their spin888 login credentials. spin888 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to negligent credential management.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. spin888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided.
2.2 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on spin888 at any given time. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spin888 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances and Bonuses without notice.
2.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and contact details. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using spin888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. spin888 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. If you are unsure of the legal position in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
2.5 KYC Verification. spin888 may require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian IC or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
3.1 Credential Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their spin888 login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. spin888 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Immediate Notification. If you suspect that your spin888 Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify spin888 customer support immediately. spin888 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
3.3 Account Use. spin888 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, nor may you use another Player's Account. Commercial use of the Platform — including acting as a representative, agent, or operator on behalf of any third party — is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. spin888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available by contacting customer support.
4.1 Accepted Methods. spin888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The available methods may be subject to change and Players should consult the cashier section of their Account for the current list.
4.2 Own Accounts Only. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. spin888 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the associated wagering activity voided.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by spin888 subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Standard processing times are: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — within 30 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — same business day; USDT TRC20 — 1 to 2 hours pending blockchain confirmation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. spin888 reserves the right to request that a Player wager their deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal request is processed, in order to guard against misuse of the payment system. This requirement does not apply where no Bonus has been claimed in association with the deposit in question.
4.6 Currency. The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. spin888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by spin888 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the applicable promotional offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotional offer explicitly states otherwise, Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Players who have verified their spin888 Account. Bonus eligibility may be further restricted based on deposit method — specifically, deposits made via certain e-wallets or USDT TRC20 may attract different Bonus rates than FPX or bank transfer deposits. Refer to the specific promotional offer for applicable terms.
5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. spin888 takes a zero-tolerance approach to Bonus abuse. Actions constituting Bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts, systematic exploitation of Bonus structures, collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms, and placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk. spin888 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close Accounts where Bonus abuse is identified.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed Bonuses expire in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotional offer. Bonus credits remaining in an Account after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on spin888 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are conducted by professional live dealers operating within controlled studio environments. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
6.2 Bet Finality. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final. spin888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets once they have been placed and accepted, except where a technical error on spin888's part is clearly identified.

Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Player's Account. spin888 is not liable for losses arising from third-party internet connectivity issues.
6.5 Sportsbook. Sports betting on spin888 is subject to the applicable sportsbook rules for each sport and market. Specific rules governing football, mixed martial arts (MMA/UFC), basketball, esports, and other markets are available within the spin888 sportsbook interface. spin888 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error or where the integrity of an event is in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spin888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from spin888 at any time. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, Account access is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased.
8.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits within their Account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses sustained through normal gameplay.
10.2 spin888 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or downtime. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability. spin888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
10.3 spin888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
spin888 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) spin888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate Account closure; or (d) spin888 ceases operations or withdraws from a particular market. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any forfeited Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification. Players may also close their own Account at any time by contacting spin888 customer support.
spin888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spin888 is licensed and operates. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to confer jurisdiction on any court outside that jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and spin888 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, Players are encouraged to raise the matter in the first instance with the spin888 customer support team. spin888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 spin888's decision on matters relating to gameplay integrity, Bonus abuse, Account closures, and the application of these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
